Property Staging Consultants, was in Rockville, MD May 1-3 of 2008. Whereas Sonatta Camara attended a 2 day course for a designation for real estate. On the 2nd day Sonatta came to the course and asked to upgrade to a full stager which would involve attending the 3rd day, which would involve a $1000.00 fee which was negotiated due to her and a friend attending. The friend paid by check whereas Sonatta asked my Assistant Stephanie Rhodes to charge the card on file. Sonatta came for the 3rd day and attended every part of the class including having a photo taken with me the instructor after the class ended. Sonatta, turned around and filed a dispute with her credit card company stating she did not allow the charges. We have all the licensing agreements she signed in class, as well as all the return mail from Corporate office, where she has refused to pay for the course she attended. Sonatta Camara fraudulently attended knowing she was not going to pay. Since the course she has taken information from the curriculum and started utilizing copyright information which she has no right to utilize until she has paid in full. To date she has ignored all reference to letters from our collection agency and attorney. Sonatta was fully aware as her friend if she did not attend the full amount would be due with disregard to the agreement we made between 4 of us, when she committed to attend.
