On 2/17/2011 I came in to Walmart Pharmacy with antibiotic proscription. I gave my proscription to the employee by the name Kathy Commjadomo between 6:30 -6:45 pm. I told her that I will wait for it and I ask her, how long do I have to wait. With the nasty attitude she said: " At 8:30 pm will be ready." I ask her, if can be done sooner than 8:30 pm and I explain to her that I work in the Hospital and I have to be at work. I always wait or come back for my proscription but
that night I had to work and I had to start my antibiotic as soon as possible.
She start yelling and carry on that every on is waiting and I am not the only one. Insted of answer me apppropriately I experience a verbal abuse.
I am a RN and I work in the Hospital so I do understand that I have to wait for madication but from 6:45 pm to 8:30 pm my pofessional opinion it is a delaying of treatment. I spend thousands of dollars in Walmart Stores per year and someone like employee Kathy Commjadomo had to treat me that way. Who are they hire? And how they teach employee to take care of the paying customers? I verbally complaine that day to store manager Joe and Pharmacy manager Septimus Jaycov. Today is 2/21/11 and no one called me or did some thing about this matter. It looks to me that paying customers means nothing. I am vary disappointed with Walmart services.
Please let me know how Walmart can improve there service .
Thank you,
