I also applied online for a short term cash loan and got charged $33.98 by these scam artists. It overdrew my account and my bank was very accomodating. They reversed the charge and stopped payment on it without even charging me and reversed the overdraft fee when I told them it was not authorized. Still, I'm angry someone tried to scam money from me without my prior knowledge or authorization. Of course I never would have agreed to it, I needed cash for cryin' out loud! Why would I pay them for a service they don't even provide??? I want to know how to file charges against them, or who to report this to so it won't happen to other people.

Protected ID Mgt took $31.85 from my account without my knowledge or consent. That is stealing! I'm certain that I'm not the only person that this company ripped off. This needs to be stopped.

I was unaware of this service when I filled out this application. I want a full refund of my $33.98, at once.

this company took upon themselves to take money out of my account I have filed a fraudulent claim against them. this just shows how unsafe the internet is with your personal information.
