I applied for a ameriloan and later recieved it and later my checking account was debited this $31.00 without my permission i do not appreciated that at all thats is bad business now i really dont want their id protection plan and i want my money back into my account

I went online looking at some loans and in a few days this company deducted 33.98 from my checking account. There was a number on the copy of the check they submitted. I called the number and requested cancellation of the service I did not sign up for and a refund of the amt deduted from my account.
I was told the service was cancelled and I would not be billed again and the refund was pending.
I called the number after that several times and could only get computer animated service. Then yesterday June 24 another payment was deducted from my account.
I again called the number on the check they submitted-this time a different number with no luck in speaking to a live person.
I left a message stating they were not to deduct any more money from my account and I wanted a refund.
There was an ext for refund status and a web address but when I tried it-it did not work and directed me here to file a complaint.
