I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau a little over a week ago. I just received a response from the BBB saying that the company has settled to refund my money to the account. It asked for satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and if not satisfied a middle ground. I responded that since the card number they possess is no longer valid I would like the money to come directly to me. Hope to post good news for everyone soon. In the meantime, I still wrote the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General of Oregon and the Attorney General of Tennessee as recommended to me by a consumer protection website. Hope everyone does the same and get their money. I am not rich so 99.95 or whatever amount is MY MONEY and no one has the right to take it and get away with it.

I know a lot of people have been having problems. The only way to fight companies like this one is to keep on them. Make complaints with the better business bureau, they will contact you back and give you a confirmation and number. Document everything. Keep calling. ASk for names, ask for supervisors Joe, Kenneth, David, katherine gonzalez, jim, charley scordia, Brain Snodgrass. ask for the refund department. I would love to find a lawyer or someone to represent of us victims but until something big happens to this company. It will keep doing this to everyone. They tried to charge me a second time. Thankfully I changed my card. All of you out there shoudl too.

I got a text message from a 1 800 number saying I won a $200 gift card to Target. I called and they said for a free 14 day trial and $9.95 shipping I can get this gift card. So i agreed to pay the $9.95. They said to contact them if I don't want to continue the protection thing after the 14 days. I've been trying to call but no one is answering EVER! I call all day lond and no one picks up. I still have not recivied the $200 gift card. I want my money back and to make sure my card won't be charged anymore like other peoples have been. I will take legal action if this isn't resolved soon!
