the same thing has happend to me regarding this company. I too was told all I had to do was cancel my membership within 10 days and I would not be charged anything else. They make it impossible to cancel your membership as they say you can not cancel with an e mail but when you finally get someone on the phone they say you can not cancel over the phone and that you must e mail! Also you do not ever recieve the vouchers they promise. After canceling my membership online and over the phone on the 21st my card was charged $99.95 on the 24th. I made sure I got it re funded by calling and speaking to the so called superviser, Jim Nair, every hour or so untill he finally e mailed me back with a cancelation conformation. However all of this took about 2 weeks. I let him know that I would be contacting the bbb if I did not recieve my credit by the end of the week. Also I would be taking any further legal action that was needed. You have to speak with him as none of the other people there seem to know a thing. Don't give up on geting back what they take from you. You must be firm with them and don't even speak to any one else, just demand to speak with Jim Nair. Also I had to cancel my bank card to make sure they did not charge me anything else. I will however still be contacting the bbb. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I believe you are scammers. I have been calling the phone number that you provided me (1-800-795-7998) and no one ever answers, no matter what time of day it is. You are continually charging my account when you are not authorized to do so. I would like to cancel my subscription but apparently you have it set up so no one can cancel because you will not anwer your telephone. Please answer this email if you are legitimate. I received an offer from this company for a free 10-day trial of their ID theft protection services. They offered me $200 in Target gift card vouchers if I tried it out, and I agreed. I was told that if I canceled within 10 days, I would not be charged any money.

I tried every single day of my ten-day trial to call the customer service number and cancel my account, and no one ever picked up. Some days I tried up to ten or twenty times, just hitting the redial over and over while I watched a movie or something. For two weeks after the ten-day period was up, I continued to call daily, expecting them to take the charge off of my credit card since it was their fault I couldn't get through. I also emailed and left comments on the website several times and never heard back.

I also called the marketing department several times, hoping they could transfer me. They promised I'd hear back in a day and I never did. I'm currently waiting on this promise for the fourth or fifth time.

There are over $100 worth of charges on my credit card right now from this company because they DO NOT pick up their customer service line. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

The cherry on top? I never got my gift cards that they charged me $4.95 worth of shipping for.
