My husband thought he was signing up for a promotional deal on the internest for gift cards. The ad never even mentioned Protection Junction. He paid the $10 for the promotional deal with a check card. Then he noticed in some fine print that by paying for the promotional deal, he was agreeing to identity protection service with Protection Juntion. It also said he had one week to call and cancel and his account would not be charged. He attempted to call but no one answered the phone number given. It took him over a week to get someone on the phone, but by this time our account had been charged causing and overdraft fee at that. I finally got involved and talked to a Mr. Jim Mayer, who guaranteed the money would be returned to my account in 5-7 business days. That time frame has passed and the money is still has not been refunded. I am hoping to get the word about this place out, so other people won't fall into this company's fraudulent trap. --Very angry in Oklahoma
