I contracted with the owner (Esther Dilbert) for their Deep Cleaning Package for my apartment for a fee of $135.
First off, they do not clean all the items stated on this expensive package - some of them very basic things such as the hood of the stove, outside of refrigerator, vacuum under upholstered cushions, dusting blinds. They missed the ceiling fan!, and I had to call them back to redo the kitchen floor and re-vacuum (both of which looked as if they had barely been done). To their credit they came immediately.
My MAJOR and serious complaint is that they use their own and 'organic' cleaners. They do not tell you that this cleaner contains some type of oil (which was later denied) because it stains and did stain several of my knick knacks. Unfinished wood! - i.e. a knife rack and several wood artifacts. Also ceramic and porcelain items will be either stained or left with a grimy coat; I was able to wash them quickly. I also had to wash almost all knick knacks (glass, silver!, whatever) as there was a dirty and grimy feel to them. The same went for many of my surfaces; when I wiped my fingers across a table top there would be a light film of gray dirt residue on my fingers. This is NOT clean!, and was not so on pieces of furniture used often (desk, dining table, kitchen counters), so I think perhaps they are well aware of this and selectively wipe things down well.
The damage to pieces of art and/or functional pieces owned was minimal; but it was actual. It could have been more had I not spent so long re-cleaning. That I now have wood items a darker shade does not please me. That I spent so much money for all this and did not get what was advertised is both bad and misleading business.
I called the owner to discuss all of this. She quickly became very irate and hung up on me.
I am more than disappointed; this company needs be avoided.
