I would like to express my dissapointment in the inconcistancy of the departure times and the lack of compasion of your airline with regards to it's passengers.
Firstly i would like to point out that i use you because of lack of choise flying out of KIMBERLEY.I am livid at the way your ground staff handles passengers and the attitude and the 'DON'T CARE ATTITUDE' which visibly displayed is of concern.
I was booked on SA1107, 11 JAN 2009, seat 6b.I arrived on time and checked my bags on time.I then went to the gate and sat waiting for the gates to open.Unfortunately when the opened 'WOMANS NATURE CALLED' and naturally i immediately rushed to the ladies as i could not stand infront or behind my fellow passengers.When i came back to the gate, the staff that was there did not even flinch as i tried to explain, especially because the bus with passengers was still standing there.I tried to tell her of my situation and that i needed to get to KMB.All i got from her was "blazzee" attitude that the flight is closed and there's nothing she will do or can do.I had to go and pay R513.00 EXTRA for the folowing day's flight and pay accomodation sinse i had no choise.The point is all could have been salvaged if she had given me the ear because i could have made it.
The surprising fact is when i went back to the ticket sale counter and told the staff that works for the same airline, they were shocked and said she could have made means because i had explained myselft a lady 'NOGAL'.Then i was told that maybe she was in a bad mood especially because it was a Sunday.

I believe in consistency, but i also believe in compation and DISCRETION that makes sense.I flew in on 12 Jan 2009, SA1101, seat 4b and we never took of on time, not that late because we landed on time.
So in esense i am livid at the ROBOT ATTITUDE our staff has and at the EXPENSE that was totally unnesessary beacuse of UNCONTROLABLE SITUATION.
May i have prompt response at this matter.
