no network
what the hell is wrong with you ps3?!?!?! i just bought a f@#king xbox 360 because you cant even keep your fu#$ing servers up?!?!?! this is by far the most ridiculous thing ive ever encountered the whole network is down!!. ill never buy another japanese piece of crap from this company ever. id rather pay and have the knowledge that my network wont crash and ill feel safe playing online games instead of cowering silently behind f#4^ing online bully's or credit thiefs!! YOU SUCK PS3 !!!

Play Station Downloads
PlayStation Store download video, with a 9 Meg Download Internet Service and we started the download on Friday 3/04 at 8:00 PM, then started the Playback about 8:15 PM. The movie would Not Play, it would start to play then go to buffering, then play another couple minutes, then go to buffering again, so we gave up and we let the movie complete the download; it said it would take 200+ minutes to download!! Well, the next day it was about 40% downloaded, when we got home Saturday night it was still not downloaded. Sunday morning - almost 48 hours later it was downloaded and the download manager showed Imported 3/06 0:50 AM, but when we tried to playback it was expired!!! Wow, 2 days to download and then it was Expired - Not Good At ALL!!!

Incompatible downloads: NO WARNINGS UPFRONT!!!
I am a brand new user of PS3, less than a week old. Yesterday I visited the Playstation Store to purchase a download game under the category of PSP, not knowing that PSP games are incompatible with PS3. I explained this new user mistake to Customer Support and they denied my request for a refund on this $14.99 game stating that "I own the mistake" and all sales are final. When I asked about comptability of downloads the rep I spoke to did not even know that PS1 games ARE comptabile with PS3. So, how is a new user supposed to know the in's and out's of which downloads are compatible on PS3 without a little trial and error? Terrible mistake on Sony's part to deny refund..I'm on my way to return the system.

refurbished ps3
My daughter was getting out of the hospital from major surgery. We were online and she saw the web sight. It said get a refurbished ps3 for $34.95. It sounded good and she really had it in her mind that she would like it. I wanted to get her something special and she really wanted it. I ordered it August 2, 08 and from the order page it said it would take about 8 to 10 business days to get it to the US office. Then it would take about 2 to 3 days to be shipped out to it's final destination. It's now Aug. 18, 08 and no system. The information on line at times works and at times you can not get to the sight. IT'S A HOAX, KNOW IT AND DON'T GIVE IN TO IT.

didnt recieve product
I had ordered a ps3 from circuit city and i was out of town when it was delivered and i live in a apartment complex. Circuit city had didnt require a signature upon reciept, might i add i wasnt home when it was delivered and they left it! When i got home even though they said it was delivered it wasnt here! Somone stole it or something? I called circiut city and they said there is nothing they can do for me since it was delivered! So i am stuck paying for a game system i dont have! I think thats crap! They dont want to help me at all terrible customer service! I recomend ANYONE out ther to never buy or order anything from circuit city they are a bunch of scammers in my book! I am now going through the b.b.b and the credit card company to try to get this resolved, and i may go to the news as well!
