Deciding to use PSADNA to authenticate my Buck O'neil bobble head was one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life!! The bobblehead came back broken in 9 pieces! They didn't put enough packing peanuts in the box, and they DIDN'T USE ANY bubble tape around the bobble head. The person I spoke to wouldn't take responsibility for breaking the bobble head. He kept trying to push off the accident onto the post office, even though there the ones who packed it and shipped it. I insured the bobble head at $495. They tried to say that it was only worth $125. They continually tried to push that I should just except a check for $125. I refused to be ripped off so I tried to find a middle ground where we would both be happy. They continued to offer scam like deals and prices. I e-mailed the company back and forth for a month or two, then they stopped responding all together.

AVOID PSADNA for any authentication. They have HORRIBLE customer service. They broke my collectible and they will do the same to yours
