The site promises a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They also claim to provide (per their site):

* Up-to-date contact information
* Address history and dates of residence
* Age and DOB

When the search came back listing 2 year-old contact info, it was obvious that they did not hold up their end of the transaction. I called to ask for my money back based on the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

"Jason" in customer service told me that they define what 100% satisfaction is for you. They have terms for your satisfaction. He then guided me (seriously) to the terms page, section 5. Turns out, there is no way to get your money back. You have to let the customer service rep search for the info. If they find ANYTHING on the specific name, then you are told that they have SATISFIED you.

This is 100% scamming.
