This company is the official "repair" company used in America for Sony Ericsson but their true roles are a company who makes terrible cellphones, charges a lot for them & hires low-class "repair" companies to handle their business. I sent in my Xperia phone, for those that don't know, this is a phone that once cost $900 & was so poorly made by Sony Ericsson, pretty much every phone made contained cracks in them before long, had keyboard problems & was barely supported by the currently going bankrupt company that made it. Anyways, my phone dropped & the screen wouldn't come back on but it was still under warranty, so I call Sony & they have me send it to the sorry company called PTS electronics for repair. A week or so later, my phone is sent back to me with the screen on but the TOUCHSCREEN DOESN'T WORK & they blame non-repair on something that had NOTHING to do with the screen not working. I call them upset, telling the idiot some dumb moron turned on my screen but has the touchscreen not working, he says send it back in, a week later, its since back with the problem they caused unfixed with another sorry excuse. Keep in mind these clown amateurs never once bother to call me once to discuss payment options for fixing the phone for damages not covered by the warranty. I say, screw it & just take it to a local shop, they give my phone back saying they don't know what the previous people did but the motherboard is wrecked & the phone is pretty much done. DO NOT EVER BUY A SONY ERICSSON PHONE, YOU DO NOT HAVE A REPUTABLE COMPANY BEHIND YOU AND NEVER EVER, NEVER EVER ALLOW ANY OF THE AMATEURS AT PTS ELECTRONICS TO TOUCH ANY GADGET YOU OWN, PERIOD.
