They are posting payments made through my banks weeks after they are getting the payment. Now, they are waiting until after the due date to post them and are charging late fees. The couple of payments I made directly through their site (ezcardinfo.com) were credited right away. This is extremely frustrating when I'm doing everything to keep my credit score up. Does anyone know who I can complain to about this and have Public Savings correct this? I have proof of my payments through my bank.

FOR ABOUT A MONTH I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEBODY.ALWAYS HEAR THE SAME MESSAGE. NOBODY CALLS BACK . LOOKS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT ANYMORE BUSINESS OR DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.IN MY ENTIRE LIFE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CAME ACCROSS SUCH A SITUATION. I HOPE SOMEONE IS THERE TO TAKE OF IT.
