stealing money
In 2009 I placed an order for magazines fo $27.00. I was billed for $89.00.
called immediately and cancelled subscription. I actually received a refund. This year had a $89.00 debit from my account guess who? Called immediately to cancel on 11-11-20010. Spoke to Tatianna, she said my subscription would be canceled and my money would be returned in thirty days. Well, it is 2-05-2010, and I am still waiting!!!

Stealing from Credit cards
Beware and watch any charges to your credit/debit cards from this company. I never ordered anything from this company and yesterday a $79.00 charge appeared on my card. I was given the phone number to call it and all you get when they answer is "Any circuits are busy. Please try again later". I then googled the phone number and sure enough there are alot of complaints about this company charging others for the same amount, without their knowledge. I looked them up at the Better Business Bureau and they have a D+ rating and I filed a complaint there also. Thankfully my bank was able to shut down my banking account and this charge will not go through. Beware, this company comes off as selling magazines, posters, art, etc. Do not deal with this company. I had never heard of them before this happened.

unknown charge
i had been charged $79 by this company and have no recollection dealing with them via any medium.
could you please supply me with info. on how to go about reclaiming my money?

scam
I was charged 27.00 for magazines online. I received nothing no contact from them or any magazines. But my account was charged $92.92. This site is a scam.

billed more than advertised
Web advertised 5 magazine subscriptions for $25. Credit card billed $88.86. Barclay card fraud called me to ask if I had authorized this charge. I told them no and they said it would be dropped. statement arrived today with charge on it. I called Barclay. Laura said they would not do anything until I called publicationsmax to ask them to drop the charge. I told her I had no phone # she told me to find it. Barclay card should step up and take care of it.

over billing
The PublicationsMax company should be closed down because of the misuse of billing imformation and fraud. They claim they will bill your account $27.00 for 5 magazines then they bill your account for $97.86. I am sure that is a crime and MagazineMax should be held liable.

cheating-scam
I went to publicationsmax.com 12/07/08 as a part of a deal for a free laptop, said order 5 magz for $27.00. The next day12/08/08 they pulled $91.84 from my bank. Some one needs to shut these people down
