Unauthorized charge
Due diligence saved the day.
I received my pouch from Café Saporito on December 14, 2009. If I wanted coffee by
Mail, I’d have stayed with Seattle’s Best. I don’t drink it as fast as they send it. I called my bank immediately the Monday after the charge, had the charge reversed, then burned my debit card.

Never received my refund infact was charged again
This must be one off the most frauduland companies on the internet
I placed an order in august for magazines my charge was $ 24.95
when i looked at my bankstatement i had been charged $89.00 . the extra $ 65.00 was charged for shipping and handeling. I called right away to clear this matter up. Was told i would receive a refund in about 8 weeks . Never received this, instead was charged another $89.10 about two weeks ago. I have tryed to call this company all i get is an answering machine never a call back. all this started in August I went to my bank and filed a fraudulant charge claim . But the bank could not help me since the first charge was more than 6 weeks ago. This company is only out to take your money. I lost my job in June been going to College to better my life i am working hard to pay my bills then this company is stealing my money and I am sure lots of others . be warned

Rip Off
Last year I went to a website and ordered magazines from publications for $20 the y ended up charging me $90 after calling and calling customer service and them telling me they would give me a credit they I never did, finally my credit card company just gave me a credit. I thought that I was finished with them unil Nov. I saw another change from them for $90 and I called customer service several times unable to reach anyone, finally I reached a live person and they told me I would get a credit and they would stop automatically charging me for magizines that I never ordered nor never received. Point is they never gave me the credit nor the magizines and I can no longer get ahold of a live person. Please beaware and do not give them your credit card number.

Fraud
My wife's debit card has been charge twice now, last 8-24 for $75.97 and again on 11-26 for $89.00, for magazines! The internet offer was for $15. We have been unsuccessful in multiple attempts to get our money refunded, and have had to cancel our card.
This company has many names now, and many different phone numbers. The original company as it was known to us was PublicationsMax.com. However, see the following list of info for many other names & phone numbers.

unauthorized transfer of funds
I got a chargeof $75 on my checking account in October 2009, for magazines i never ordered. I called 888-624-2877, the person I spoke with, cancelled subscription and money should be back in account in 2 or 3 cycles. I have been calling to check on status, get lines are busy leave message and we will call back. They have not called back. I want ny money. This has also caused an overdraft charge of $28.

Scam
I responded to an offer for 5 magazine subscriptions for $29.00. My bill came and the charge was for $94.84 - I called them and they said the extra $65.85 was a DELIVERY CHARGE. I cancelled the order immediately, and they said it would take up to 6 weeks for the credit to appear. IT NEVER DID. THEN... On November 27, 2009, a NEW, UNAUTHORIZED charge for $89.00 showed up on my bill!! No credit, and an unauthorized charge. You can imagine how angry I am right now.

I, too, have unauthorized charges from Publicationsmax.com on my account. They are also CoffeeOutletStore.com. Both charges are for $79.00. The Publicationsmax.com says that it was transacted on 11/27/09. I saw another comment from another person that said their unauthorized charges happened on the same day!!! I never visited either website and I am out $158.oo. My bank is investigating how my card was compromised.
