I bought a VIP/Platinum access to public records with all the bells and whistles. I typed in all my childrens names for birth information...nothing. When it did find information, it directed me to a page asking me to upgrade to a premium account to view the records. An account which I already paid for.

I have been ripped off.

Fraud!!!Oad $42.89 ...led to believe I would view records...led to another page requestin more money to view...$4.95 for 3 days then $19.95 per month thereafter...!!! How to get my money Back?
