can't access account
I paid with a credit card and they still want me to pay again. When I try to access my account I can't login and they will not email to me my login info. They have asked for my order # info which I have sent to them more than once, but to no avail. They are totally uncooperative. In my opinion they are a SCAM!!

I paid for their services with a credit card and when I tried to access their products I was unable to. It came up asking for more money. The web link I get to obtain records is not active

false service
I needed to obtain a copy of a criminal record. This service was posted on ehow and i thought would be reputable. The site had me enter in the name and said that they had the files so i signed up. But as soon as i signed up and logged in and entered in the name for the search it said it had no search results. It came up and suggested i sign up for intellegator for a 4-day all access pass to view the report for 2.95 and then a recurring fee of 19.95 a month. Needless to say I had already been bitten once and was not going to spend more money on a more than likely worthless service. Someone needs to put an end to businesses like this.

WEBSITE IS A FRAUD
I PAID ALOT OF MONEY TO GAIN CRIMINAL INFORMATION, THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD! WHY DO THEY ALLOW THIS SITE TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE AND TRICK PEOPLE INTO SENDING THEM MONEY? HOW DO YOU GET YOUR FUNDS BACK?

no results-even already documents filed
This site is a scam. Each time I try to find any information, it always say, "no results found." I tried to test it by asking a record of my marriage license. I gave them the state where I was married, guess what, it responded the usual, "no results" again. I thought I will test it one more time. This time I asked for a record of my husband's birth certificate, again providing the state where he was born. Again, no results! I wish everyone duped by this site unite.

i purchased this to find information of my family members and other related services i couldnot find any information and quickly asked for a refund there is no telephone numbeer where you can file a complaint or ask for a refund in this is a scam i want my money back these people should not be able to do this to hard working people just taking people money without providing services

Paid by credit card and the second I went on line they were asking for more money for full service that I had just paid for. Searched for 6 birth records in a row and they could not locate a single one, INCLUDING my own which I have accessed online for free a number of times in the state I live in.
These people are ripping customers off.

worthless inaccurate information
Internet ad is totally different than site after you purchase membership.
Information obtained on site is not accurate or updated. Historical info does not exist. Ad is confusing and not straight forward for what you think your getting...

duped by them
i was lead to beleave by them that i wouled get the uk records but i got the( us) instead.
i payed throw paypal it was to be $19, but thay took £26 off me.
is it a scam by publicrecordschecks.com.?

unable to access records
Paid fee $40 aus which promised provision to access Australian records, and received email receipt. Directed to list of Australian catergories, clicked on births deaths and marriages, but only shown general information on how to obtain certificates etc. Tried other catergories but with similar results. Please direct me to information re appropriate methods of reporting this fraud.
