Once i payed for my order i could not login. $25.00, I am very upset right @ this moment...10/21/09

I paid them the money to run background check on my self but wanted more money, looking closely discovered
that the service is going to be a monthly subscription (which was not stated when I paid them the money). I stopped and declined to pay them any more money. I asked them to return my money but they send me a "canned" response to my request. I replied them back asking to return my money and waiting fo their response.

Can anyone give me any tip as to what can I do other than complaining to FTC, BBB and Kansas Attorney General?

Thanks for any suggestion that any body can provide me.

I paid over $40 to become a member after the preview showed that all the information I required was avilable and all I had to do was pay for membership to access the information.Having paid none of the public record information searches showed any results beside a phone book result available free on the internet.Public records search scam DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I paid 48.07 on my Visa on Aug 13/09 for access to obtain cpoies of my marriage certificate, but when I tried to use the website I could not get into it.
