As all other complaints on this website, I gave them my debit card # for them to obtain certain information. Today, I am unable to log into their website and they did not get the info as promised. I don't know if others know, but on debit cards, you can go back to your bank and they will take the money back from these crooks and place it back into your account, even though it has already cleared. Normally, you can log onto you bank and fill out a form in order for them to do this. It may cost you a fee, which in my case would be more than the $21 I paid them, but I'm going to do it anyway because there's no telling if down the line they will use you r credit/debit card # to get more money from your account. If you used a credit card, you can simply call your credit card company and they will either send you a form to fill out or you may be able to do it online. Either way, you should be able to recoop your money. Please also report this to your States Attys. Ofc.
