I received an invoice for at least five years worth of subscriptions that I did not order to the tune of $1, 026.60. It stated in the letter that I received that the total amount to be billed under my new plan is $1, 026.60, but then it states in the next paragraph down that I get all of the magazines listed in my plan for only $4.27/wk, which by math is only $4.27 x 52 weeks/yr = $222.04.

Specifically, it states,

"Your Plan. With your plan, you have chosen the magazines listed and you are entitled to the number of issues shown, The total cost of your plan is only $4.27 per week - not just for one magazine but for all of the magazines you have selected. And, that price is guaranteed for the full length of your plan!

"Your Savings. Your plan typically represents a substantial savings to the news stand prices - in fact, the average price of a single magazine is now $4.53 - you get all of the magazines listed in your plan for only $4.27 a week!"

These people obviously don't know math well. Someone please stop

I cancelled my subscription with you guys and I keep being harassed with calls about this account. Being that you guys seem to be pros at recording things and trapping people into contracts, record this. I don't want anymore calls, letters or any firm of communications with you guys or I'm seeking legal action. And, if this shows up on my credit, like you guys keep threating, I'll see you guys in court!

i have called numerous times since may 09 and sent emails to cancel my subscription and have not recieved any response and i had my girlfriend send a email too cancel my account and she was told that she couldnt do anything because it wasnt her account this is a bogus scam and it should be dealt with i have cancelled my debit card why should i let people take money when i dont get anything back. i see that there are other people that have about the same complaint as i do why isnt something being done about this company. i have called the phone number that is on the letter 7 times today and i get hungup on i will be contacting my attonery about this matter. as i speak im on the phone with them and same thing happens i get hung up on WHAT A SCAM!!!
