Why there is no true direct line, e-mail for questions or complaints to pch.
I have been a customer of pch, make full payments on line in time. I keep getting news letters telling me to watch for a winner in my viewing area, and could be "possibly" me...nothing. I watch the news everyday at noon and at 6 o'clock faithfully even on weekends, unable to do some things. Mentally handicaped (caused by cerebal hemotoma), then I get a letter informing me that they will be having another on in January. I even keep sending in the correct forms the same day received, plus go on line for updates. I just want a number, actually not a number, but a real person, that actually answer my questions, without putting me on hold, transfering me, or a recording. Is it an impossible ordeal for pch to have some one to answer me.
