After I ordered I saw the terms and conditions and did NOT want to pay almost $80 for this product that I was unsure was going to work. I called immediately after I recieved the product yesterday and I was on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes and no one answered. Today I stumbbled on this blog & i couldnt believe it. I kept calling that number and sent an email to [email protected] who I saw on this blog saying the company is not a scam. I dont believe him at all. I stayed on the line for 18 min and finally somebody answered. They tried to get me to keep the product for $18! & i said no I want my money back! so after the man said he has to consult his manager they said I can keep the product free of charge!

THIS IS A SCAM they will do anything to get your money dont trust them. I dooubt the company is going to take the shipping and handeling charge off my bank account like they said & not charge me anything else.

STAY on the line for as long as it takes call 1-866-964-1011 someone will eventually answer. Hope this helps-
