Dear authorities,

Here in kannur KVR bajaj two wheelers authorised service center performing uncultured behaviour to customers. as last month i have serviced my bajaj pulsar 220 (KL 13 T 573) from kannur KVR they were behaving us to poor service and behaviur to us. as i bought my vehicle from KVR vehicles from THALIPARAMBA. so as per the company firms is we have the right to service my vehicle from any authorised bajaj service from whole over in india so for me KANNUR KVR is short distance so i like to take my period service from there and took my vehicle there to service. as i went there the main fitter for pulsar 220 Mr.Gireesh from kannur KVR vehicles he was behaving very indecent to me and ask to take my vehicle to service were you have purchased. at last as my request he take my vehicle for service and for a single pipe change he took 2 days and delay my valuable time. so i kindly request you to take severe action againt this and perform a good service against customer..
