The step 3 cost is for $99 and is called Lifelock Protection plan. DO NOT JOIN !! THIS IS A SCAM !!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS POSING AS BUSINESS PERSONS, BUT SHOULD BE JAILED OR WORSE, IF THEY COULD FACE THEIR VICTEMS!
