Jorge Pulecio is an irresponsible breeder. I purchased a bulldog last January and brought the puppy to the vet within 24 hours only to find that she had a congenital cardiac disease, stage 4 pulmonic stenosis. I contacted Jorge and he initially did ignore the calls after 2 days he finally responded and suggested that we meet at his vet, I told him that would not be acceptable since his vet missed this just a few days before. Eventually I did have to return the puppy to him after many phone calls, he did not refund me fully for the vet bills that were just over $400.00 to diagnose the problem, but offered to give me another puppy that he assured 200% health...I unfortunately believed him now I have a puppy that has had to have a tumor removed from her foot at 6 months, was diagnosed with stage 2 patella luxation in both her rear knees and entropion in here eyes. Not only is he irresponsible but he does not honor his contract that is provided on his internet site, he never signs it, or will you ever meet him in person, he has his messenger deliver his puppies. DO NOT do business with him he is irresponsible and an unfair business man not to mention a horrible person to put any animal and family through what I have endured. He does not hold up the financial responsibility in his contract and is a disgrace to business men. Please spare yourself the grief of going through what I and my dog have endured.
