I'd been in the hospital for a week and was released yesterday.While in the hospital, my husband and I lost our jobs.I called today to cancel our subscription and was informed that our accounts had already been charged for the product since we are one day late to cancel.I was told that this was the only way to speak to someone in charge to discuss this matter and to get a refund.Please contact me as soon as possible by either phone or email so we can take care of this issue.
