I responded to an online offer for a free sample of the Purcollagen skin product. I only had to pay $10.18 for shipping and handling. Before I received the free sample, they had already taken an additional $98.49 out of my credit card. So far I have only received the "free sample". As i have no way to contact the company, how do i get my money back, and prevent them from continuing to debit my credit card? With so many complaints, can't they be stopped?
This is the first time I have given out my credit card information online, and the last time.
