Ordered the Pure Acai berry the first two I received were 1200 mg of the berry powder today I received a new "fat burning" addition without any notification. This product has several other ingredients and all ingredients combined only reach 603 mg, when I called to inquire; after several attempt to have a conversation with two different men and one who claimed suddenly that he could no longer hear me (very odd) I was told by a person who had little or no command of the English language that I could not get a refund I could only cancel my home order service. The Pure Acai berry that I had originally ordered was apparently no longer available. What if I liked it? what if I never asked for it to change? The person who I finally spoke with did not or did not want to understand my questions! VERY Frustrating! to say the least. On top of no refund!
