I ordered a sample trial of their products Pure Acai Berry/Colon 1000, I keep getting product, when I try to call the number no one answers. I found that if you go on the website www.pureacaiberries.com and go to the bottom of the page, they have a link to cancel your product, you can do this by entering your email address. I also have protested my charges on the credit card, and will pursue criminal charges against the company if the credit card company will not. Also, you should file a complaint with the state attorney general's office in AZ.
