I placed an order for a 2weeks full trial of your product last April 1, 2009. On the order confirmation the order didn't arrive within 4 business days as what is stated on the order confirmation. My Order ID is 3909.

Just today, May 5, 2009, a month after I placed my trial order, I received a bottle of 60 capsules. Does this mean that what I have received today is already my 30day auto ship continuity program even if I haven't received my trial order? And this will automatically deduct $89.97 on my credit card.

My concern is to cancel the continuity program that you sent me and cancel the charges made on my card.
