i called up the companies to get my money back they said its non refundable, and i clicked the options offer to purchase more products, i told them the product doesn't work, why would i purchase more? their reply was the internet connection was bad and it showed i ordered more products, i went to my bank and canceled the credit card i used, now they have to have permission to illegally deduct any more money from my account.one more thing they said, they will send me a $100.00 free gas card, after what just happened i didnt want to take another chance.
