Rip Off!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I ordered my supposed free trial. Within days they billed my credit card for $59.95. Within 2 weeks they sent me another bottle of this stuff that DON'T work and billed me another $58.76 along with membership fees! I returned both bottles. Then I was sent another bottle and returned this one on my dollar; going to the Post Office and getting a delivery confirmation slip. After 3 months of calling them they only refunded me the last $58.76; said they couldn't give me any other refund because "it was out of the 60 day return". I said I did exactly what your company told me to do yet your not honoring that? Nope, nothing they can do nor is there anyone 'higher up' you can talk to!!! So STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY CUZ THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Dietary tablets
I signed up for a free trial of pure clease tablets and a free trial of Thermo plus Acai dietary capsules for just the cost of the postage. But 1 month later on the 9th October 2009 an amount of £51.34 was taken from my account. And then on the 20th October, 2009 another payment of £56.75 WAS TAKEN. i DON, T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO STOP IT. i RANG THE BANK AND THEY SAID CANCELLING MY CARD WOULDN, T STOP THEM TAKING THE MONEY. i HAVE NO MORE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT AND I WILL GET CHARGED IF THEY TRY AND TAKE MORE. THE WHOLE THING IS A BIG SCAM. THE TABLETS DO NOT WORK AND I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE AND CAN, T AFFORD TO BE CHARGED BY THE BANK.

weight loss product fraud
Like an inexperienced fool, I opted for the FREE sample of Pure Cleanse and Acaii Berry. I never received the Acaii Berry, but I did receive the Pure cleanse (which was not at all effective for me). A month later I received three bottles of the product which I returned with a cancel request. My credit card was billed twice for 58.00. One of those amounts was refunded. the next month small charges began appearing on my credit card. Apparently I had also "signed on" for an endless variety of special service for which I was billed yet never received a product.
I did call the number listed on my charge account and they cancelled the "membership". Beware! they bank in Canada and I also had several foreign Transaction fees. This is a very fraudulent manner of doing business.

withdrawal charges on bank account
I tried a free trial of a diet product, Pure Cleanse. I was eventually charged for the item after the trial was over. I called to cancel the order on June 26, 2009, and was given a confirmation #4985. I am now seeing charges from my bank account again.

fraud
I ordered Pureclanse back in May '09. Before I received the Product, I called them to Cancel my order because I saw that a lotof people have been mislead by the company due to fraud. They continued to charge me for three months after that and I am having a hard time getting my money back. I talked to a lot of CSR and none of them could give me anymore contacts to resolve this matter. A couple of their CSR hung up on me. this 'Company' is a scam.

Did not order
Ordered a trail supply to try...now receiving monthly the product that is overpriced on charged to my credit card...did not open mailing bags...spoke to a customer service and now find out that there is a 40 day return policy...too late for this (I was away off and on)..I am $400 out (that is a flight to Vancouver for me) she gave me a cancellation number and stated would not receive anymore product or be charged...may have to cancel or put hold on my credit card...they got my credit card number for the small shipping charge...what an old fool I am...I let her know that there is a complaint board on Performance Health USA...enter this website and goes right to a Complaint board...so from all the complaints... I am not alone in this situation...the customer service gave a song and dance about the complaints...I will be sending a letter to the company at Performance Health USA, PO Box 970430, Orem, UT 840097-0430 and if anyone knows what US commission I can complain to, please let me know ...well time to take a VERY expensive pill...

False Advertisisng
I ordered a free sample of this product for a shipping charge of $1.95. I soon realized that it was not free when Target Visa called me and said that I have a number of charges on my Visa card. There were 2 charges in addition to the $1.95, each in the amount of $58.76. I have not opened the orginal "free" trial bottle, nor have I received the 2 addtional bottles that I have been charged for. On the day that I was informed by my Visa card, I cancelled any further orders.
I have been in contact with them both by phone and my e-mail and get no response as for as the credits to my account.
