scam
Same as the other 150 people online, , they get your card # and address from online, how I don't know. They supposedly send you a bottle on the 15th day or later, then charge your credit card $88.00 for the free trial product. Then, you call the number the bank provides with the charge, wait 30 t0 90 minutes, to get someone on the line, they say they will cancel, but you didn't call before the 14 day trial to cancel, and send the product back, knowing that you either didn't receive it until the 16th day, if at all, they can't give a refund from there. they give you an email address, knowing it is fake. You call again, and again, they get nasty, threaten to report you for threatening, tell you that you didn' read the fine print... give you an order #, like you need it If they were ligit. they would change policies, terms, trial period time or just look at the complaint website to see how many people are reported being scammed. The best thing to do, other than call everyday, put it on speakerphone walk away and go back when you hear someone, just to aggrevate them, is report it to your bank as a fraud and they will get the money back in your account, or on your card, legally. They have a whole state dept. who does this all day. the best way, if you actually did order a free trial, is prchase a gift visa and they can never take any more out, if there is none left.laugh as you flush the bottle of pills down the toilet, or sell them half price, for $44.00 oh, the number to call them is1-866-779-7568. never order online . Also, to the idiot who said he worked there and commented on all the dumb people who ordered, did't read terms, may want to go back to 1st grade to learn to spell. HA

False Advertising and being charged for something I have not ordered
I was sent an E-mail asking me to try Pro Cleanse free and all I had to do was pay the postage of $6.95, but as the product was coming from the USA it ended up costing me over $20.00 for the postage. I did not sign up for anything else, now I have received a three month supply and my credit card charged $59.95 US (two payments have gone through) and a membership charge of $6.95. I want this to stop as I have never agreed to this. I did receive an E-mail from them saying that they would not be charging me that it was a misunderstanding, but they are still charging my credit card.

Unauthorized Monies Taken From My Acoount
I too purchased the trial. They accurately charged the $5.95 . Then I canceled any other orders. They went ahead and 2 months later (the week before Christmas) took $78 from my account without any shipment arriving. I have called and gotten confirmation numbers and this address in Boca Raton, Florida but no money has been returned.
The valid number is an outsourcing company in Manila Phillipines. 800-787-1219
The address they say their accounting department is at 127 NW 13, Suite 4, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
They said the money would be returned this Friday...the 9th of Jan 2009. I said I hope so or you will owe a lot more money when attorneys get through with you.
So we will see. Hope this helps someone.
