SCAMMERS!
I sent away for the "free sample" of PureLift on 10/26/09 for which I have been charged.
I phoned in early November to complain about the excessive amount being charged and received a cancellation number for reference after CANCELLING my subscription. Since then I have been charged an amount every month! The following list is UNAUTHORISED deductions from my Credit Card.

unauthorized credit card charges
i was intrigued by the free offer from pure lift to try a sample. what I didn't realize is that their 14 day trail period meant that 14 days after I submitted a request tio try the product they would immediately and automatically begin billing my credit card for $85/month for the pure lift cream( not very effective by the way) as well as 25/mo for membership to some organization offering dietary advice?( I had no idea I was overweight nor did I ever get any advice much less notification that I had an 'account'). when I began to try an get compensated for my charges I discovered that had billed me from 3 different corporate names, all off shore, and that they had a sophisticated call center specifically set up to fend off disgruntled consumers. In short this is a very well set up "boiler room" scheme. A total and complete criminal operation with the intent of using credit card information to rip off consumers. what can I do to help stop them from continuing. any ideas?

unauthorised credit card charges
after agreeing to a free sample and paying for the delivery, the product and others!!! kept coming, to my amazement my credit card now has been charged some $250 in various unauthorised orders, a very unscrupulous way of conducting a business !!!

free is not free unathorized charges
Ad clearly stated that a free sample is available with no further obligations; just pay postage. I gave my credit card info, got product, and did not order. Called to cancel but was still charged 2 months for product over 6 weeks later! Now they say I needed to cancel in 14 days. I have a copy of every document and it does not say to cancel anywhere; just free with no obligation.

I aquired a free sample of purelift they sent me a product then a bill for $12.00 postage now they took out $97.00 out of my account how can I stop them

Fraud
Yes, I too have been sucked in by this fraud. I signed up for the "free" samples last year... big mistake on my part. It took about 2 months for the product to arrive, I used it and thought nothing more until more product started arriving without my consent. I didn't want it, but had no way of contacting the company to cancel it. I recently went to my bank to see how I could stop this, my bank manager told me to check my visa statements to see how much had been charged to me. I nearly fainted, almost $1000, all in different amounts, from a few dollars to around $60, the trouble being that they trade under different names to make it less conspicuous. How clever ! I will only get back from my bank the past 90 days, so I am down nearly $700. I won't let this rest, I will be contacting the police and any other organisation i can think of. The stuff is crap too, probably only Sorbolene. They won't get any more out of me, my card has been cancelled, so they can go and sing Dixie for all I care.

Unwanted Deliveries
I have been stung too. I ordered a free trial of pure lift. I did not get any information when I received the bottle. Yesterday I received another bottle which I did not order I checked my account and they had taken out $100.43. I called my bank and cancelled my card straight away. I finally found a number ( 001118886764122 I am from Australia) I called them at midnight and told them to cancel my account with them and don't send me anymore bottles. I also said that I didn't order anything from them except the free trial. She said that I had not read the terms and conditions on the email when I ordered. (That is crap as there where no terms and conditions on the email) She emailed me all the Return Instructions and said I would be refunded when I sent the bottle back. Today I checked my account and they have taken out another $99.07. I called the bank they told me that happened before I closed that card. I will be calling America tonight and demand the stop sending me bottles and taking money from me. I will also be making a complaint to Fair Trading I urge everyone that is having trouble to also make a complaint.

False advertising
I sent for a Free Trial of Pure Lift age-defying formula and was asked to pay only postage of $2.95. After I submitted my credit card details the invoice came as $9.90. Today, when I checked my credit card statement I found that purelift charged me 86.93USD plus 2.86AUD card charge which came to 98.27AUD. What a fraud. What action can I take? That was the first and last time I send for anything online.

charges taken from bank
Why was money taken from my account when i only paid the postage fro a free sample. I never gave authority to take extra money out and NEVER receive a product. Some how, i would like my money back!!
