unable to contact
I am trying to contact Pure Lift to stop anymore charges from my credit card but am unable to find any contact numbers or email address. I only wanted the free trial of their cream but didn't realise they would send more otherwise I would have cancelled but there was no way of cancelling. I have just received another bottle but I am going to send it back to an address on the envelope which is Just Think Media PO Box 4440 MILPERRA BC NSW 1891 with a message to stop any more deliveries and do not debit my credit card. What a terrible experiance... Regards Marilyn McKenna

charges to credit card
On September 17th I purchased a free trial of Pure Lift and was charged a total of $17.57 (australia) on my credit card for postage etc. I have tried the product and thoguht that was the end of it.
However today I received my credit card statement and to my disbelief have had another $90.26 (aus) charged to my credit card on Octeber 7th. when I rang my credit card company they infomred me there had been another charge made for $95.00 on the 14th of October.
I have not asked for any further products, or indeed received any. I have cancelled that card and this has caused a lot of inconvenience . This is obviously a scam as i cannot find out where to contact these people to organize a refund or indeed get them to stop charging my card.
BEWARE is all i can say, i have learnt the hard way...never again!!!

unsolicitated credit card debit
Applied for a free sample of Pure Lift anti aging cream. Had to provide all sorts of info including credit card details to do so. Never recieved a sample and was billed via my credit card for a purchase I did not authorise. Having all sorts of trouble tracking a usable address and phone number in Australia to prevent them debiting me again. Going to the bank now to prevent payments. I've been a long time internet user and purchaser and this is the first time I have been scammed. Coral Giffin

unauthorized banking
I ordered a free trial of purelift cream a couple of months ago but I had to pay shipping I live in the UK, so I did the cream arrived no problem. Until late August when money started going out of my account in dribs and drabs to different companies I have never heard of:- Pristinehlth, ezykit, vibrantbeauty, health member, mydietid.comand elitepack. I cancelled my card and referred it to the banks fraud dept, but they don't say its fraud because they say I joined a club in accepting the terms and conditions of the free sample trial, they say it was in the small print. I have not got any cancellation numbers or other details on these companies. Has anyone in the Uk had any luck claiming money bac. annew

Unauthorised decuctions from Credit Card
I ordered the "free" trial of Purelift cream in August 2009.I cancelled the account almost immediatley after noticing the $79 monthly charge as I was finalising the transaction. I now have been charged $79.28 US on the 28/09/09 = $ 91.88 AU and $79.28 US on 5/10/2009 = $92.31 for products I cancelled and have not received. I did not authorise these transactions. I have contacted my bank and have had to cancell my credit card NOT HAPPY JAN... The phone numbers provided ring out and the emails go unanswered the chat line doesnt even connect.

Who can we lodge a formal complaint with as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint site wont accept anything form Australia

unauthorised credit card transactions
I purchased Pure lift from the web site for $4.99 US realising that I would pay more in NZ currency - but not $100 more - I have tried ringing but to no avail, no response to emails, I have cancelled my credit card so they can't charge me any more, yet still I am getting charges - now I am disputing it with my bank. What is this all about and how do they get away with it, talk about being ripped off, wouldn't mind but it doesn't work anyway.

cancelled product but charged anyway
I contacted this company for a "free" trial for the Purelift cream in July, 2009. I called and cancelled the account before the time limit given. However, imagine my surprise when I checked my checking account balance and discovered that on August 4, 2009 I was charged $58.76 for something I had already cancelled. I called the company on August 5, 2009 at the number that appeared on my bank statement and was told that I had to mail back the unused portion of Purelift and that my account would be credited with the $58.76 in 4-5 days. I mailed the product back to the company on August 6, 2009 and have called numerous times only to be told that it would take 4-5 days, 5-6 days, to call back on September 15, 2009 which I did and again was told it would take 4-5 days for the company to retund my money. I again called the company on or about September 25, 2009 and the number had been disconnected. Needless to say, this was an expensive lesson and I will never send for a "tree" trial offer for anything. This company is scamming people out of hard-earned money.

Unauthorised charges
I ordered PureLift cream through a link in Facebook (NEVER NEVER do this!!!) and was charged about $71 on for "PureLift" on 4 August ...it arrived ... and that was the end of acceptable, transparent, ethical transactions.

A week later (15/8) I was billed a further $70.34 for 'BeautyPack", then 22/8 another $8.61 for "Healthmember" then another week later $3.92 for "Vh Access". I was not aware of these until my end of month bank statement arrived. None of these withdrawals referred back to PureLift and all had the different billing business name. I asked my bank to look into the separate charges - having no idea what was going on. At this time I received a package with 3 more bottles of the PureLift cream (that I had not ordered) and figured some link here to all the dodgy dealings I was seeing in my bank statement!!

The glossy page that was in with the 3 new bottles has no company name, no business registration details, no business address, no email address and is not dated. It is not a bill - it is a statement that more money is due to come out ("at discounted rate") but without any declaration of how much or when. How friggin' dodgy IS the USA that this is acceptable there? There is no price stated on there or date that I should expect a withdrawal. The number that is given is a 1800 number that I cannot get through to but with no city listed it is difficult to guess what US time zone they may be in. When I try to Google them to FIND contact details I am warned "this site may harm your computer".

I will try again the two numbers (00 11 1 866 989 8944 and 0011 1 866 989 2690) in the morning. If they do not answer then I will tell my bank to cancel my credit cards.

PureLift does NOT operate under normal ethical business practice. Beware.

None of these things are acceptable.

credit card charges
I was supposed to receive a free sample of this product but on my credit card statement I have been charged $15.82 on the 9th July 2009 and then $73.46 on the 30th July. I can accept the first charge of $15.82 as I received one bottle of Pure Lift and put that down to postage and handling, but a couple of days ago I received 3 bottles of Pure Lift which I hadn't ordered and consequently I have been charged $73.46 on my credit card statement. Could you please help me as I don't have any contact details for this company and I'm wondering if I'm going to keep getting charged for an unwanted product that I can't really afford.

Stealing money from Credit card
Under no circumstances order this!!

I ordered, what I thought was a free trial of PureLift. However, when the sample arrived I was charged for it. Now I notice that on my credit card 6 transactions have taken place in the last 5 days. This Includes "BeautyPack", "Healthmember" and "VH Access". I have now cancelled my card.

I am based in the UK. So they are getting everywhere. I feel sorry for those companies who have similar names.
