I am having the same issue with Pure LIft Cream. I signed up for a free trial and then started getting charged $65 per month for a membership. The website phone number is not connected and there is no email address. I called my credit card company and they had to give me the 888 number because on my statement, the last digit is missing. I called and was told their system is down and to call back. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes. I finally got someone and as soon as I started giving my information, I was disconnected.
When I contacted my credit card company, I was told that I can disbute the charges and if it is ruled in my favour, I would be credited the amount. I also spoke to the resolution department to make sure I am not charged again from the company.
I sent back the 3 containers of pure lift cream I was sent and I am trying to tell every one I know about the scam. I received the offer through a weekly email from Free Parent Stuff.ca. Would have liked a heads up...
