Very dissatisfied with unethical business practices. The product is good and I would have ordered in future if not for the unauthorized credit card charges from Purelift and several of their affiliates. Seems that this company, once they have your credit card information, feel that they can provide your information to whoever they feel like, claiming that the customer agreed to this as part of their product trial offer, when these facts are hidden from you the consumer and the affliates seem to think they can charge your credit card whatever they want, for services they don't even render. Even after calling and cancelling abnd getting confirmation numbers, you keep getting billed anyway by these affiliates. What a scam. And they hide behind information they say they provided you, when you ordered the trial, some small print screen that says, I don't what what really, and which I cannot access again, without giving them another credit card number.

My wife responded to an advert on Facebook for a trial offer of this product, pay shipping only. That was in July. The product has never arrived and having just returned from holiday we find our account has had unauthorised debits from asociated companies. This company is not contactable by phone, email of via the live chat link. From other peoples experiences, this would appear to be a SCAM. With no prevail; several attempts have been, made to contact Pure Life Ultra cancelations team/customer service team. Successful calls have had lengthy waiting times on hold, while still waiting for initial contact with a person. Which by the way is not a toll free call when calling from New Zealand.
I never received an order confirmation call from Pure Lift Ultra as detailed in their terms and conditions, and the payments have gone through on my credit card.
No contact email address is detailed on their website. The only address I found was their abuse email address which I emailed over a month ago and still no reply. Also on their contact info on the web it says if phone support is unavailable please contact our LiveHelp. There is no link to livehelp or contact information.
