Ordered what I thought was a free trial of Nature Cleanse product from Pure Nutrients Inc.. Knew my credit card would be charged around $5. for s/h. Never opened the product. Received a second order approx one month latter.Checked my credit card and found they have charged me $93.95 for each order.As this order was placed on a pop up add on the net I have no record of it's details. If you check out the terms now you see that it's a no return policy and I'm stuck for nearly $200.
Called customer service at 866-779-7568.The first time I called I was on hold for nearly half an hour. A taped message came on and directed me to a web site.Went to the site given and it was a page of complaints and customers claiming they were ripped off and stuck in a membership they can't cancell due to poor or shady customer service.They are right.
Called yesterday and spoke to a rude representative of the company who stated that they had a no return policy, even though the products are still plastic sealed.Asked to speak to a supervisor.She said none were available.Hmmmmmmmm. Finally told the rep that I wanted to cancell my membership.Was given a cancellation number and told an e-mail would be sent.I have not received the e-mail.I was also given the web address of claimsatpurenutrients.com if I wanted to complain.Well here is where the web address sent me.
This company is a rip off, fraud and should be investigated.Looks like I'm out nearly $200 and not sure if they really cancelled my membership as I did not get the e-mail that was promised..I will advise my credit card company not to allow Pure Nutrients to place any more orders on my card.
