There needs to be a class action Law Suit filed against this company. They are charging people for product that they haven't even shipped. And this business of charging $88.00 for the product and then 93.75 monthly thereafter. These prices were not published that this was the cost of the product!! Where do they get off. And this trial period in small print, is just a big joke!! These people know clearly what they are doing!! Scamming the public!! Something needs to be done to shut them down. I will pesonally never order another thing on line again!! From all the complaints I have read on line, it shouldn't be hard to get a class action law suit going for fraud!!

Ordered and paid for shipping of sample product. Received the sample and did not want to buy product. When I tried to call and cancel, I would never get anyone to answer the phone. They kept me on hold and never picked up no matter how many times I tried. They have now debited my checking account for 181.95 for two shipments. I have never received the goods. Bank of America is looking into their scam and hopefully, I will get my money back. Do not buy from this company!!! They continue to bill for items you don't receive.

I bought the trial for 5.95 and now I find they charged me 88.00. called the number and the only thing I got was radio music. I will cancel my debit card.

Please don't let my horrible experience be yours. I ordered a "free" sample and paid shipping. THEN I learned the trick is that there is a 14 day trial period. NEVER knew of any 14 day trial- never authorized any further payments, but they did. About 30 days after I ordered my free sample, it shipped out via UPS. By the time I received it, the 14 days was up. When I saw the invoice and that they had charged me a prepayment of $93.95, they refused to reimburse. They said it is Company Policy to never reimburse the consumer. Even though they waited and shipped the Natures Cleanse out on 7-18-09, and I received it on 7-23-09, my 14 days was up and they would not reimburse. This very much appears to be Fraudelent Business Practices and is an Adverse Event caused by apparent fraudulent practices of Pure Nutrients of Melbourne, Fla and Orange, Conn. Please be aware of as you review this product which makes my wife and eye burn by its use (we ordered separately and we tried her product and burned from it). She too went through the same scenerio and was told that the company does not reimburse.

This was offered as a free 14 day trial, I just paid shipping and handling. When I received it I tried it once and didn't like the way it made me feel so I called to cancel. They said I would be billed $88.00 because my free trial was up. They started the 14 days on the day I ordered the product, I didn't receive it until the 14 days were up. I called on the 15th day and they refused to make any concession. I also thought I would be sent enough for the 14 days, not for a whole month supply which I would have to return at my expense. They would not even let me return the rest for a refund.
