THIS IS OUTRAGOUS!!! THIS STUPID MIRACLE BERRY PURE NUTRIENTS CHARGED ME $88.00 WHEN IT SAID ONLY $5.95 JUST FOR THE SHIPPING. THE SHIT DOES NOT WORK AND I OVERDRAFTED MY ACCOUNT BEACUSE OF THIS!! I FOUND THE SAME EXACT THING AT WALGREENS FOR TEN DOLLARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS EXPENSIVE WORTHLESS PRODUCT!!!

I ordered some diet pills that were labeled as free and was charged 88.00 and 93.00 I do not loike their product and they said on the phone that there was no reefund< I did tell them to stop my account. This company is a scam outfit and I have been had.

I am a 66 yr old disabled lady on wellfare that has been scammed by this company.(Purenutrients, Inc.) took over $200 out of my visa checking account without my authorization. I initially requested a trial sample sent to me on May 22 in amount of $5.95. That's all I June 6th $88 was taken out of my vista checking account. On June 21 $93.95 was taken out of my visa checking account. The $88 and $93.95 was without my authorization nor knowledge. I had a death in my family in California May 16th. I have been away from my home in Florida unaware of these charges taken out for the products. I want a full refund for the $88.00 and $93.95 taken out of my account and this totally cancelled with no more funds taken out. ASAP . This country has gone down so bad that even this purenutrients, inc in conn. takes advantage of most people all over the world. My cancellation number given to me by purenutrients is JU4767961. I ordered a free trial with this company and didn't receive until only 5 days ago. I haven't even had a chance to use the so-called "14 day trial" before making my decision to keep or not and they have already charged my account! I have spoken with my doctor and we have decided for my own medical reasons, that I can't take this product at all. I have contacted "Pure Nutrients" to cancel my subscription and they said "sure we can cancel your subscription for you but we can't refund your money", after arguing with the rep on the phone, she states I can have half of my money back, not the full amount. This is unacceptable to me. I haven't even had a chance to use this product, and they have already charged me for an upcoming subscription that I don't want. I want all of my money refunded immediately. Who do I need to contact to have this done as soon as possible.

I ordered from Pure Nutrients, got charged the $5.95. I went out of the Country for 3 weeks right before I placed the order. When I got home and went through all my mail, I opened the package and seen that I was suppose to cancel the order in 14 days (I wasn't home nor had seen the order yet) but the 14 days had passed and then I read on to see that I would be billed $93.95 each additional month. Due to I was gone for 3 weeks that order had processed and they had taken out the $93.95. I am on hold with this company to cancel my order and have been on hold now for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The only way I can stop this is to cancel out my debit card. Company's like this should be stopped!!! They are true crooks!
