Overdrawn bank acct.
UPS or whoever delivered this bottle of Nature cleanse, delivered it to my neighbor (left it on porch). Wondering why I haven't received this product, and before the cancellation date, I found out by my Doctor that I can't take this product because of my medical condition Didn't have your website nor company number. I began by asking the neighbors and fortunately my neighbor had the package, just received it today on the 23rd.
By getting the product late and previously finding out I cannot use it by my doctor, caused me to be late with my cancellation. My account is overdrawn and I'm asking for a refund on the money that was taken out my account. I do have the product and can send it back. The package was torn open so I could get the number to Pure nutrients to inform them what happen. Can you Please
send me a return package and address so I can send this back. Or email me on what options I have toward my refund.

bill incorrect
I ordered a free bottle of nature cleanse and only had to pay s/h for 5.95. Then they charged my credit card 88.00 dollars to my credit card. The company said that they charged my card because I didn't cancel from the date of the order which was 6/6/09. I told them I had been out of town and just got my order today6/23/09. So I tried to cancel today but they had charged my credit card. They said since I had not canceled within 15 days. I explained that their product did not even get to my mail box until 6/11/09 and I still should be able to cancel it, but they still refused.

Is their anything I can do?

I am requesting a refund for your products. I did not authorize the shipping or charging of these products. Please accept the return of every bottle of your product and refund my account. I tried to call the 866 number to cancel for 2 weeks, and today I was on hold for over 45 minutes before having to hang up the phone. I called back and the only way to get a live person on the line was to press the #3 key that says place an order. If you press the #2 key for cancelling you never get anyone to pick up the phone, then after the 14 day trial period is over you may get someone on the line which is what happened today for me but only after I pressed #3 ( for placing orders). I work daily and you close at 5, I get off at 4 or 4:30 so by the time I get home you are not available to answer the phone.

I received my bank statement on Saturday, June 20, 2009, which shows all the charges for products that are not in my possession. How can you justify charging for products before you ship them. I did try faithfully to contact your office but as I stated earlier, I work and can not tie up my work phone trying to get in touch with you and you are not open on the weekends.

I do not financially have this money to throw away for your products so please refund me my money. I only thought that I would receive the trial bottles for the shipping and handling charges for the 1st bottle. I have not opened your bottles and am willing to return them to you. My job has been cut from an 11 month position to 10 and financially this is not the time for these charges.

I think you should try calling your phone number and press the #2 (cancel) key and time how long you are on hold.

$88 charge
Ordered Nature Cleanse online on June 7 because the ad read "FREE TRIAL" and only pay $5.95 shipping and handling. Received the order on June 18, but did not open until Sunday, June 21, where I read the terms and conditions of the "FREE TRIAL" and found that I would get charged the price of $88 for this "FREE TRIAL" so I called the company and they weren't open on Sundays, so I called this morning on June 22 and was told that my credit card was already charge $88 because today was the 15th day. This company has the nerve to tell me my order date was Sunday, June 7 . . . a day they were NOT OPEN, and did not process my order until Monday, June 8, but I can't call them on the 14th day because THEY ARE NOT OPEN!!! But they can charge me on the next business day when I can reach them to cancel. THIS IS THE WORST OFFENSE OF AN ONLINE BUSINESS AND ADVERTISEMENT I HAVE SEEN!!! There is NOTHING FREE about this product!!!

Refund
On June 5, 2009, I ordered from the internet a free sample of Pure Nutrients cleansing product which was for a 14 day trial. I received the product on the 11th of June. I was not aware that the trial period started on the order date not the date product received, which is very deceiving. I called customer service on June 22, 2009 to cancel and was told I was already charged $88.00 on my credit card and it would not be refunded because it was passed the 14 day trial period. I was then given an email address for the claims department which was non existent. This company is a crook and should be put out of business. Their business practices are totally wrong.

Good Customer Service!!!
It is not really free to try!! After 14 day you buy that bottle plue they send you another one and $181 dollars later you are toast
My Dr. told me not to take and because I miss the 14 day notice
They have sent me another bottle for $93.95 plus charged for the free bottle so that make it not free - Right!!!

What a scam!!!

Fraudulant Business Practices
I ordered Nature Cleanse in May online. I did not receive the product until June 16, 2009. Upon receiving this product the statement terms and conditions (this is the first time I ever saw these terms and conditions, they are not on webpage for Free offer only $ 4.95 shipping and handling) are telling me that I am going to be billed $88.00 on the 15th day of my order. Well, apparently that is 15 days from the date in May. They billed my account only three days after receiving this product on June 19th, 2009. If I had known how expensive this product was I would never have gotten the free trial and definately not if I had known that they were going to take my money 3 days after receiving the product. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY 14 DAY TRIAL...SHOULD IT NOT BE FROM THE DAY I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. THIS IS FRAUD! This type of fraudulant business practice must be stopped. If there is a group of people out there who want to pursue this...I say lets get a big lawsuit against this company. Did anyone else see Terms and Conditions before ordering free trial that you were going to be charged.

rip off
This company promises a no risk trial then bills your credit card for 89.00 in thirty days. Products don't give the results they promise. Pure Rip-Off if you ask me.

False Advertisment/Misleading Sales
This company is a scam. Please do not order this "suppose" to be natural cleanser. You are billed immediately and will not get a chance to cancel you free trial. They charged me $88.00 for the pills I don't want to use because they are so shady... Watch out for them. I wish it was something I could do!!!

Nature Cleanse
I received a bottle of Nature Cleanse on June 6, 2009. Because I am on thyroid replacement for no thyroid I have to check with my doctor on any thing I take out of the ordinary. Upon taking the bottle to the doctor and getting the advice not to take it, I called the number listed and told them my circumstances and asked where I could send this back that I would like to cancel. The young lady advised me I was a day late. I had 14 days from the day I ordered the product to cancel.. I reminded her that the terms say 14 day free trial but also a risk free 14 day money back guarantee.. I ordered this product on May 31, 2009. I have the package here in front of me and the date on the postmark arriving at the post office is June 5th . How can anyone count mailing time as part of the 14 days ? We're talking about a week of postal time. Any way I tried to process with this person, I do not have $ 88.00 laying around just to throw away on something I cannot use. And further more the bottle will have been in my possession 14 days on the 19th of June ( in two days )
Do you know of anything else I can do to get a refund as the person told me the $88.00 was deducted from my account on the 14th ?
Before coming to this web page I wrote a letter stating my concerns and along with it sent a copy of the front of the package with the post mark on it very clearly marked June 5, 2009.
