Unknown Debit
To whom it may concern, I Ruby Jones was unaware of the serveral charges to my account for a product that I only wanted a one time use.
My personal checking account was debit numerous of times and I want a refund. I did not request for additional products. I did not recall seeing a phone number to dispute these charges and when I called your toll free number I was unable to speak with a live person.
I not happy with the way your company is doing business and the purchaser should be notified of any charges from your company.
I hope this matter can be resolved and for future references I will not order again. If you need additional information please call me or email me. I just want a refund and I'm not satified with this service.

I received I thought my free trial for 5.95. I received the product on a Thursday about 7 days after I ordered the product. I called on Saturday to cancel the order and could not get anyone. The next thing I know I am being charged $88 on my credit card. I was never told that there would be a charge more than shipping for the 1st bottle. I called back the following Wed. They told me that I was one day too late to cancel. It was a 14 day free trial from the date of the order. In other words there is no time to try the product. No one to call to complain just an email telling me I did not follow the guidelines and I was not getting my money back. Do not try this product. They are out to scam!!!

I cancelled my subscription within the 14 days and was still charged. I would lke to get my money back, Plus the overdraft fees my bank has charged me because you company chose to debit my checking acct. $88.00. I spoke to some non-english speaking women on the phone and she refused to give me my refund, I will be contact my bank to get these charges refund back into my acct.
You company is a scammmm!!!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT YESTERDAY AND WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THE PRODUCT SHE DID CANCEL BUT SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $88.00. I TOLD THE LADY THAT I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THE $88.00 BECAUSE I HAVE JUST GOT THIS PRODUCT YESTERDAY. SHE SAID I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. THIS COMPANY HAS NO ETHIC IN DOING BUSINESS. VERY POOR CUSTORMER SERVICE. I TOLD HER THAT I DONT HAVE MONEY TO PAY YOU. SHE WAS NO HELP, ONLY THING SHE SAID WAS COMPLAIN. Refund
I was charged 88.oo to my account and didnt receive product. I think if im goin to b charged that amount i should get my money worth. Also your customer is very rude and unprofessional.

Terms & Conditions - BEWARE
Pure Nutrients claims they risk free 14 day money back guarantee. I received the trial and paid 5.95 for shipping and handling. The order date on the slip I received was 5/21/09 ; shipment was received 6/2/09. When I called to cancel on 6/10/09, I was informed that my 'real' order date was 5/21/09. They charged my credit card $88.00 and the customer service person would NOT refund the money. In addition, the product didnt' work for me. From the way the customer rep was speaking as if reading off a cue card, this is obviously a common happening.
I did checked the internet today and see other people have had the same complaint. What a rip off!!!

I have an even more interesting complaint, I never received the free trial so I did not get any information on how to cancel until I saw a charge for $88 on my account so I called to cancel, the rep did not document that I never received the product but canceled my 'subscription' but that did not deter them from charging an additional $93.95 14 days after the $88 charge and 4 days after I canceled the 'subscription' I too am told to e-mail their claims department, I advised them that they are all a bunch of rude people as I was hung up on a couple of times because I was complaining and did NOT want to talk to the rep but wanted to talk to someone who could refund me my money as no product was ever received. I have also lodged a complaint to the BBB of Florida and when I e-mailed their claims department I BCC'd my local Attorney General's office, you screwed with the wrong person. So I encourage you all to lodge a complaint to the Florida BBB and your local attorney general's office they will do investigations and possibly stop this companies fraudulent behavior.

charges to credit card
Received Nature Cleanse product promo two weeks ago...have been calling for the past week to cancel order...hanging on the line for 10 minutes at a time...no human picks up to answer call.
Called my credit card company to reverse the $88.00 charge and they actually got me on the line with someone from Pure Nutrients who gave me a cancellation number and an e-mail address to file the notice. Of course, as you already know, that address is not available!
I demand that your charge for $88.00 to my credit card be reversed.

I did the 14 day trial on the Acai berry supplement and the natures cleanse, I had only had it for at least one week and I noticed on my credit card statement I had 88.00 taken of my card. I called the 800 number and the person I talked to was very rude and u could tell that she was trying to get me off the phone. She gave some kind of email address and said that is the only way you could get a refund, I cant seem to find the web site. I just want to return the product and get my money back.
