I want a full refund . I am not pleased at all the way you do business. First of all you you do not explain that it is 88.00 . for your product and that you are going to take it from my account. Second of all I have been calling for days and I keep getting told to call back in 30 minutes . WHEN you call back you are told to call back in an hour. I continued this for four days . I finnally got to speak today to a human and explained the situation to her and she directed me to here. I just want my money back and for you to tell me where to send this back to you. It has not been touched at all. I have read a few other complaints about this company. I feel like you mislead the consumers on the free trial offer. Please refund my money back. I placed an order for Nature Cleanse online on 5/21/09 but did not receive the product until 5/30/09 at which time I learned that the 14 day free trial started on 5/21/09 - clearly not enough time to test the product. When I called 6/3/09 to cancel, I was on hold a ridiculous amout of time and no one picked up. It was at that time that I searched Pure Nutrients online and discovered a gazillion complaints against this shady company. Apparently, even if you're lucky enough to get through to someone at Pure Nutrients and cancel your order, you STILL GET BILLED $93.95 each month. I immediately contacted my Visa bank and canceled my card; however, was advised that this charge will more than likely "travel" to my new card! This is most definitely a sham company and should be put out of business immediately!

I cancelled the product and they still sent it to me, tried to call and cancel, now they are having system issues.

Their website offers a 2 week trial of 'Natur Cleanse' for shipping of $ 5.95. Cancel within 2 weeks and you will not be billed for future orders. The problem is that even multiple attemps to cancel were unsuccessful because noone ever picks up the phone, hence the monthly repeat orders keep on coming for $ 93.95 ea.

"Free Trial" ...is a hidden subscription..free trial means you have an opportunity to sample a product and decide if you would chose to order it ...it is not a hidden subscription like these people have marketed it...the choice should be to make an order...not to fight your way out of a scam...close these guys down!..and answering golden girls question...yes I was on hold after their phone tree kept dumping me...if there is some place on the web server that a complaint can be forwarded to I would love to know that...
