Ordered "Free Trial" sample agreeing to pay for shipping charges only through www. shipment assistance.com<br /><br />
Unauthorized charges were made to my credit card for $83.18 on 8/20/09 and 8/4/09 for $87.13<br /><br />

they advertised Colon Cleanser, they sent Nature Cleanse which<br />
does not have any ingredients or mg. lable on the bottle.<br />
They called and i told them that i was not interested in there product<br />
because it was not what i ordered. they said ok. now my dedit card has<br />
been dedited by $94.00.

billing credit cards for products advertised as a free tryal with a 12 day return but recieved the product after the "free trial" had expiered .Can not get through on the only phone number to cancel and return product

Charged for free trail that was never received.
I ordered the Nature Cleanse in May 28, 2009. I never received the shipment. I get a bottle saying it is my second shipment and they are so sure I'll like the product that they shipped another on June 11, 2009 and charged me $93.95. I have been billed $88.00 dollars for the first shipment and $93.95 for the second shipment. I spoke to an individual to cancel he said he couldn't process a refund and to contact this website. I will report this company to the Better Business Bureau and contact senators in New York and in Orange, CT. The is a scam!!!

unauthorized charges/no product
i want a refund for $88.00 which was never authorized and product never sent! i believe the ads and they came (supposably) from highly reliable sources. such as our news media and other tv personalities. never did i think i was going to get ripped off! I WANT A REFUND!

No Refund on Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
I agreed to a free trial of Nature Cleanse, where I was only asked to pay $5.95 shipping by credit card, and within 14 days, at exactly midnight, my credit card was charged $88.00. I called company and they said they would not refund my $88.00 that was unathorized and was charged on my credit card that I used to pay the shipping cost for the product.
The website is set up so that a seperate link that you must click on, takes you to their "terms and conditions" page. It is misleading to offer a free trial, then say that the consumer only has 14 days to cancel the future shipments and charges of products every month.
Within that 14 days, I became sick to my stomach after taking the product which consists of scary natural laxative suppliments, that eventually dehydrate the body, instead of eliminating the waste properly, the way the human body is designed to do.
This company was very rude to me when I demanded a refund, and they stood by their "Terms and conditions" statement, and would say nothing more, except that I could cancel and my credit card will not be billed next month, and every month thereafter.
I paid an extra $25 to stop payment on the unauthorized charges on my bank debit/credit card, and cancelled the card, but the money was still not credited back into my account after 5 business days. Please spread the word that this company is running a scam, misleading people into believing they are getting a free trial of 30 pills (a month's supply), when it is only 14 days. If you don't click on the tiny link at the bottom of website, and view their terms and conditions, you will be charged $88 every month for laxatives that do not work!

Unable to cancel within alloted time. CC charged anyway!
Unfortunately, I read about the SCAM from Pure Nutrients only AFTER my supposed "free" trial bottle of Nature Cleanse was received. I was also charged $88.00 without any chance of refund. The "customer service" representatives are coached in what to say. When I asked to cancel and for my refund, the response was "Did you read the terms and conditions on the website?" of which I replied I did. I also told them I read the terms and conditions on the actual shipping bill and read it to them. They responded again only "But did you read the terms and conditions on the website?". They advertise a free bottle and THEN they say you will be charged each month after for the new bottle shipped, when in actuality they charged me for the "free trial bottle" as well as the next month! When I asked to speak with a supervisor they replied that "The supervisor is in a meeting". I called back and spoke with another representative and got the same responses from a different rep, VERBATIM! They do not care that they are ripping you off! I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest that anyone else with this problem should do the same and put them OUT OF BUSINESS!

Refunds and Poor Products
I called to cancel my order. Product was causing me significant intestinal problems. Was told my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded within 3-5 days. However, I received the product after 7-10 days. Tried customer service and was told to email for refunds at customer service. Had to send two emails and 11 days later was denied refund. Have yet to restore my system to normal state.

Misleading on the 14 day trial date
I want to tell everyone thinking about this product, DON'T fall for it like I did.
I saw the ad on the internet and ordered it. The information given is very misleading.
I odered it on the 29th of May, I recieved it on June 8th and my credit card was billed June 12.
I tryed calling as soon as I recieved it on the 8th because I read the very small print that my card was going to be billed $88.00 on the 15th day. Well when placing the order that is not made clear for one and for two they started counting down my 14 days as soon as I placed the order.
I only had the product a few days before my card was billed. It's funny after a week of trying to call them, they finally answer after the 15th day. Wow!!!
I want my money back. I am so upset I don't trust even trying the product now.
This is a very bad way they do business.

Fraudulent Business
This company has no ethic business practice. When I called to cancel w/in the 14 day "money back guarantee", a representative took my info, and I told her I wanted to cancel. She asked me to hold (after I had already waited for 10 minutes to even get a live person) and hung up on me. I called back and suddenly they were closed. When I was finally able to check to see if my order was canceled, I was told it wasn't but it would be, and I would be charged $88.00. They also charged me twice for shipping. This "large" company has no directors or other personnel that will take complaints, and they can't transfer phone calls. They gave me this email address, ([email protected]) and told me that I needed to send an email to this address within 48 hours. I sent two very detailed emails the same day I canceled This is a scary and outrageous scam and it needs to be stopped. There are so many people that have been burned by this illegal practice. This business needs to be exposed. I will sign a petition or a complaint.
