internet scam/unauthorized charges
I also ordered a trial size for a few dollars.
When I went back to the site I couldn't find
anything about their regular price. While I was
searching the site a pop up came up and told me
my order had been placed. I didn't place any order.
Finally I checked my credit card and found charges
for 79.95 twice and I had not ordered anything.
This is a fraud/scam clear cut.

no 100% satisfaction guarantee
Ordered trial of product, 15 day trial only pay shipping. After 6 days they charged my credit card $79.95. Told them only had product 6 days and product was giving me a headache. Asked how to return it. So began the stall tactics. We will "remove you from the monthly subscription" but would you keep it for $59.95??? Told them no and to tell me where to return it. Another stall - How about a "discounted price of $39.95?" Again told them to give me address to mail back product & not to charge credit card. Ret. product Register mail to China!!! 2 wks later they charged credit card again for $83.90. Both charges under different names: EasyStoreSales, 912-385-0029 & BrightDiscounts, 401-305-2332. Called both #'s, which are actually same co. and was assured credit in 5-7 days. It is now 6 wks later and no credit. They sent me another package that I "returned to sender". More stalls - Send them USPS Reg. Mail #; I must retrieve the pkg that I sent back "return to sender"; can't find my order... Will be filing complaint with FTC. I have copies of all emails and record of phone calls and names.

They advertised a free sample only pay shipping. Only when you go to the small Terms and Condtions and open that window you find that you have to return unused portion in 14 days or you are billed $89.00. Then then loop you into another type of product and start sending it and billing it every month. As a purchaser you now have to get into an unending battle of emails telling them to cancel which they do not. I have had to cancel my Mastercard which I have had 25 years due to this firm. THEY SHOULD BE FINED BY THE STATE IN WHICH THEY OPERATE.

Scam
Pure ReZv new way to scam. Replied to add on Craiglist for a weight loss study.
Ended up ordering PureRezV. tried to cancel order following the instructions and the number other person listed in this thread. They don't have me in their system, but they charged my credit card.
This is a real head shaker.
Don't buy into the weight loss study or the product.

unauthorized credit card charge
3/17/09I responded to an offer of a free sample of RezV by paying only the postage, which of course took my credit card number. I soon received a very small sample and before I could even finish the sample a larger quantity arrived, which I figured was the rest of the free sample which had been very small. However when my credit card bill arrived several weeks later, RezV had billed me for 87.97 on 4/7/09. Of course the bill for this did not arrive until the end of the month so I didn't understand the extra shipment. I called the number given to CitiCards and they said I had not said I didn't want further shipments. However I pulled up the site from which I had ordered the free sample and there was nothing to indicate whether I wanted more or not. They asked me to mail the other back though the 15 day period had expired. I did this by certified mail. When I received the latest credit card bill 5/29/09 they have not credited my account. I am going to report this to the postal fraud department. I will also contact my credit card company.
