Unauthorized charges
I sent for a free trail of this product. No literature was enclosed just a bottle. Now, today I received a 30 day supply which I am presuming will be charged to my credit card which I did not authorize or want. I am sending this bottle back unopened and requesting that any charges made to my credit card be removed and further any further shipments stop immediately.

charged without my consent
I've been charged $78.18 on my account on something that I didn't even know about, I thought that the trial of acai berry would only be $4 something, but I guess not since I tried to cancel this, the person I spoke with said I still have to pay for it. This is way tooooooo much for some stupid pills that don't even work. So a word of advice do not go for the trial they will end charging you almost $80.

Unauthorized charges
I sent $3 (for shipping) for a free sample of PureAcaiBerry. If you did not cancel you would be shipped and billed for ongoing shipments. I went on their website and filled out the information, including the product reference number, and canceled the day I received the product (it was a handful of capsules). This morning I was checking my bank account online and saw that $74.95 was debited by a company called TE Performance Health. I never heard of them, but when I googled it I got to the ripoff web site.
I emailed them again and demanded that they credit that money back immediately. I just found their phone number (if it is their phone number) and am going to call them.

Unauthorized billing
I received an email offering a FREE trial bottle of PureAcaiBerry supplements. I called the phone number that was given at that time (was not the same number given now on website.) They asked for a credit card # to bill the shipping to. I was told that within a few weeks I would receive a full bottle of this product. If I wanted to cancel after the trail bottle (just 10 pills) I could. I was going to CANCEL... but unable to call on the number given. I was billed $4.87 shipping on 9/25/08 I received the pills quickly within the week.
I was then billed $79.76 that I had NOT consented to on 10/6/08. I tried to find this website and could not pull it up. Could not get anyone in person on the phone... only a recording to go to this: gohelpnow.com
I was to put in my credit card number AGAIN... did not want to. I am afraid I will be billed again on the 6th for this $79.76 On the internet I see a lot of other people having the same problem. I have only a PO BOX ADDRESS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO.
I do not think I will be able to get a CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON THIS... believe I need a regular address and not a Post Office Box. The company has apparently changed names and info several times even this past month. They have on there updated statement sheet dated oct 15, 2008 that they have the right to cancel, move or change information for contacting etc.
NEED TO GET THIS GUY OR PEOPLE that have this scam going. I do not want to cancel my debit/credit card. Will mail this product back tomorrow and see then what happens.

Have canceled order serval times, but they keep charging my account
Have canceled serval times but keep getting charges on my account. Call the phone number 1-888-289-8740 and get a recording to go to a website. I can not pull up the website to cancel, once again.

did not order more pills
All that i wanted to do was try these pills for the 4.97 trial i never expected that i would be charged any more money. I do not want these pills and i do need this money back i have 4 children and i am a single parent i cannot afford this. Please help me resolve this problem. I have went on the website to cancel these pills.
