Unauthorized CC charges
I order the trail shipment of pure acaiberry for 4.87 . Then I recieved another bottle which I did not order and was billed 79.76 to my credit card. I did not approve this charge. I sent them an e-mail stating I did not want any future shipments. I tried calling their customer service number and was tol to use the Website..

told them I didn't want it
I called for a sample and was charged $1.87, then they sent me a bottle of the pills which cost $74.76, I never told them to send me anything but the sample. Then in September they charged me $5.87 and in October they charged me $5.87 for what I don't know as I have not received anything from them and I do not want to receive anything from them. I do believe this is some sort of fraud and I have contacted my credit company again.

Does not work
Product does not do what it advertised to do and now the company keeps sending product and automatically charges my credit card.
Product comes with no return address so cannot be returned.
very poor business practice.

I DID NOT ORDER PUREACAIBERRY, BUT HAVE BEEN CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR 5.87 AND 74.76 . THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A FREE SAMPLE WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED. I WANT MY CREDIT CARD CREDITED FOR THOSE AMOUNTS .

Unauthorized Charges
I asked for the free sample but now I am receiving additional bottles without my concent. Also there is no packing slip and no way to return the product. I have informed my credit card company to stop all payments but this isn't easy...

Product sent to me and charged to my credit card. I want to send it back and have my card credited, but there is no way to get ahold of the company.
I received a bottle after I had the sample. I did not order it. I want to return it and get my money back and make sure I don't get anymore. I wish I could talk to a person.

credit card charges
After first 'free' bottle of product, was sent another one I had not asked for, then charged another 5.95 on my credit card in Oct. with no product ordered or received. Please credit my card you have ending in 7642 or remit a check to me. If I could get some one to answer at the number (1-888-289-8740) I wouldn't haver to go through all this. Thanks Beverly Dalzell

PureAcaiBerries.com Scam
I checked to box to receive one bottle and pay only shipping and handling of $4.95. I did not authorize monthly charges of $74.67 and I'm mad. I've reported this scam to the BBB and my bank. These scams must be stopped. Thank God my Bank investigated as soon as it was reported. Stay away from this company. It's bad news!

after cancellation/deduction from credit card still being made
cancellation made on 08/07/08 and again on 08/21/08-cancellation #given 1600276AB. credit card statement for 09/08 and 10/08 shows 5.95 is still being taken from card each mo. Unable to reach by phone/nor by website to resolve this matter
