all i order was thr free trial size and that is all i ask for but they charge me for pills that i never ask for or never wanted and i want this to stop now this is a scam and i can not get no one on the phone to talk to to canced this i do not want you to send me or charge this on my acct no more

taking money from account when I did not order more pills, will not answer phone
I ordered sample of product having to pay postage, recieved product had no information about more product or any other information about product. Then a full shipment came to house and checked my checking account and they are deducting 79 out of my account without my knowledge. when I called number on my checking account they have a recording to go go to www.gohelpnow.com if you have a complaint, want to return product etc. and this is where I ended up.

Fraud on Gift Card
Just like all of the other complaints I ordered a sample of AcaiBerry and agreed to pay shipping (around $5.00) A couple of weeks later I recieved a bottle of AcaiBerry (which I did not order nor did I authorize these people to charge my card) I was charged 74.95. I sent the bottle back and they were supposed to credit my card. Hasn't happened. I am a senior citizen on a very limited income. These people are crooks and should be stopped. I have a receipt from the US Post Officeshowing someone signed for the return.

CREDIT CARD CHARGED $79.00
I order a sample of acai berry for 4.87 for shipping and got billed a week later for $79.00
from the same company they wont answer the phone.

Send the product wothout aurothzation, and send me a bill of $74.95 on 9/12/08.
As many others I did order the so called free sample of the above product, however never order anything else from this rip off organziation. I refuse to pay for scames and charges that I did not order. Please remove this chage from my credit card as follows. Posting date (9/12/08) Reference Number 0176, Account Number 6582, in the amount of $74.95. If there is additional information that you need please let me know.

Keep sending products not ordered
I made the mistake of allowing them to send me a free sample and giving my debit card for postage. they have continued to deduck $75.00 from my account without my permission and I have sent the product back and with a letter telling them to stop

Theft
I ordered a SAMPLE only with my debit card total dollar $3.97 I received two more bottles which I have not opened. When I viewed my bank statement there it was TWO charges of $74.76
I immediately called the number and you get a recording that they are busy with a 30min wait it then rings again and you get this website. I finally went to www.pureacaiberry.com and unsubscribed but I want my money back. I have the address to mail back the two bottles but I want a guarantee that my money will be refunded. I have alerted my bank to stop this automatice charge. I cannont believe this is legal!!!

I want to cancel this
This stuff is no good and I do not wish to buy it. I only paid for a 10 day supply and it did nothing. You have tried to bill my credit card several times and thank god it was declined. I am taking this matter up with your advertisers and others to let them know I did not order your crap!.. I'm also going to start a campaign against your company's fraudulant garbage you sell. Lets see how much I can advertise how sorry your product is. I want no more charges to my credit card or I go to consumer affairs.

receiving products I did not order
I am receiving products I did not ask for. It was my impression that I had ordered a sample bottle for a short term supply. I have received to more bottles which I did not order and I did not desire. Please advise. I have reported this to my credit card company not to pay for these shipments. Please advide.
