withdrawal from my account
I ordered a sample of this product for 1.87 shipping/ Today i find that they have charged my account with $79.76 and sent me a supply of pills. I did not order the pills and did not authorize them to take the money from my account.

unauthorized charge
Ordered on 8-1-08 free trial of Pure Acai Berry backed by Oprah as a great diet and health aid- they send a bottle of 6 pills and 2 weeks later they send a bottle never telling you the actual price. On 8-18-08 I was billed $74.76 . I called the 888 number and was told due to the volume my wait will be 35 minutes or I can leave my name. Called 10 times- all 35 minute wait- called on three phones :} So I decided to leave a message- voice mail full??? Then then in 21 days I get another package and this I will return. The company also tries to send you to their web site www.gohealthnow.com none existant. Do not order and do not buy. Kim Lawrence

BEWARE BEWARE! This company will try to hook you in with a "free trial" and if you say no then they cut the "shipping fee" to $1.87. Of course they hide the fact that they are going to charge you$79.00 MONTHLY for their "home delivery" program by writing the amount out instead of using numbers! I too have disputed the charge with my credit card company and surprise I receive their UNWANTED product and returned it the same day! Make sure you return it...if you are charged within 30 DAYS from the day you ordered THE TRIAL otherwise they won't refund anything! Also get a delivery confirmation so they can't come back and claim "they didn't get it".
Stay away from this company the are a complete and total rip-off and make sure you don't know what you're signing up for because of their wording!

Unauthorized Shipment
I sent for a free sample ("no obligation")
An unauthorized shipment was sent & charged to my credit card. This must be removed & instructions for postage paid return sent to my email immediately.

no answer from phone number. Still waiting to hear from online complaint to them.
Sending autoship product and not answering continued tries to call and cancel product shipment.
Not including invoice information with product or price of shipment. Including no information on return.

Many people find it hard to cancel from this company. It was not hard for me. This is to help you. If you go to PureAcaiBerries.com the links that you are looking for is on the bottom of the page. You can Unsubscribe, by clicking on Unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on Unsubscribe Newsletter. You can also click on Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page where it was agreed to send you the product. I would suggest anyone ordering a free sample to read the terms and conditions. Also as I understand it, there is a 30 day return policy. There is also a Contact link to send your message to cancel at the bottom of the page. In terms and conditions there is even a telephone # to call. Reduce your frustration and just use the links at the bottom of the page. As you can see they are not as bad as everyone is saying.

Pure Acai Berry
I dont want these pills that you sent as a trial and then charged me 74.95. I think that is crule... BUT maybe you just made a mistake... I live on a very small amount.. and cannot pay this bill...
IF this is a mistake on your part.. I forgive you... BUT please I cant pay this... Please help me settle this I dont need bad credit... Please help.. I am in my 60s... and really could use your help... if you send me a return envelope i can send you them back...

I DID NOT order refills
I ordered 5 days supply for shipping and handling costs. Then I received a full bottle. What a scam and it sounds like its happening to everyone. This business needs to be shut down. How do I get my charge removed from my credit card
